Cecilia Kashakhi
Cecilia G. Kashakhi is the founder and CEO of CLVG Consulting, a company that has been delivering top-quality consulting services to government and commercial clients since 2010. As CEO, Mrs. Kashakhi is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations, including working with clients across a variety of industries. Prior to starting CLVG Consulting, Mrs. Kashakhi worked at IBM Public Sector, where she supported federal project SAP implementations at the Department of Defense, Customs and Border Protection, Department of Interior, and Department of Agriculture. With her strong background in ERP and a commitment to professionalism, Mrs. Kashakhi has helped CLVG Consulting grow into a highly respected consulting firm. She holds an undergraduate degree in Management Information Systems from Penn State University.

Saman Kashakhi
Saman Kashakhi is the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of CLVG Consulting, where he manages the firm's programs and oversees client relations, business development, operations, and strategy development and implementation. With extensive experience in software implementation and deployment, as well as project management, Mr. Kashakhi has helped CLVG Consulting deliver top-quality services to clients in the federal and local government and commercial sectors. Prior to joining CLVG Consulting, Mr. Kashakhi worked at Accenture Federal Services, where he supported and led various aspects of large ERP-SAP implementations for the Defense Department of Army and Navy, Defense Health Agency, Uniformed Services University Health Science, US Department of Agriculture, and the state of Texas. Mr. Kashakhi holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Information Systems from Texas State University.

Chief Strategy Officer
Tim Martin
In his capacity as CSO of CLVG, Mr. Martin bears responsibility for fostering the company's corporate growth through the development and execution of strategic plans encompassing business development, back-office operations, corporate governance, finance (including P&L management), and contractual compliance. With over 20 years of experience in Government contracting, Mr. Martin has occupied a range of senior-level and executive positions in both Small and Large Businesses that offer professional and IT services to Federal and Department of Defense customers, his expertise extending across operational, financial, contractual, and business growth domains.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Mr. Martin derives great pride from being a devoted father of two children. A passionate reader, he dedicates himself to expanding his knowledge base, drawing insights from lessons of the past with a specific emphasis on Leadership and Military History. Mr. Martin also serves on the Board of Advisors for the Woody Williams Foundation, an organization that upholds and supports Gold Star families. In addition to this, he has contributed to several non-profit Boards of Directors that focus on providing aid and comfort to families affected by Child Loss and Veteran-related issues.
